Yinnel Roan

Extended Description/Backstory

Yinnel is a member of a human-like species of psychic hemovores called the mehit, hailing from the Roan clan. Mehit are a hairless ape-like framework like many uplifted species in this sector of Milky Way space, with stout, flat noses, red irises being common, and pale skin and hair. A notable divergence from most humanoid alien species are their cheeks housing a set of chitin-covered pinchers and leech-like tubular appendages for drinking the blood of other creatures. Her species rules a sizable slaving empire, and Yinnel feels it's her species birthright to rule over others. The gift she has is the ability to psychically push a phrase she says into a listener's head, so she often works as a propagandist. However, her powers can offer her other advantages.

Yinnel is herself a rather saccharine, bright, and maybe slightly condescending presence, belying the deeper evil of her character.
